SELECTING ITEMS
As you review the various catalogues featured on the Thrive Promotional website, take note of the code and catalogue of all items of interest. Thrive Promotional will use this information to prepare a detailed proposal.
SAMPLES
We are happy to organise samples (these will be invoiced plus the cost of freight).
PRICING
All products will be quoted in Australian Dollars. Proposals will also status any additional charges such as
10% GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) and freight charges. Orders supplied
within Australia are subject to this tax. A tax invoice will be supplied for claiming
the input.
ARTWORK
All proposals are based on 'print ready' artwork. This means the artwork files you send should not require any further graphic design amendments. Thrive Promotional can assist you with the setup of logos or print designs.
PAYMENT
Payment terms will be stated on all proposals. Terms will vary according to the project and ordering timeframe. Full payment or a deposit will be requested (all projects need to be settled prior to delivery).
Payment can be made via company cheque or direct deposit. Credit card facilities available (Visa, Mastercard
or American Express). A credit card charge of 3% may apply.
LEAD TIMES
Thrive Promotional
Products and Corporate Gifts, offers several services including gourmet and gift hampers and promotional products. The time frame for ordering varies.
We recommend ordering earlier than the guide to ensure receipt
in the time frame you require. Please ask Thrive Promotional to guide you regarding approximate time frames for products quoted (we will check the current stock status or production times for made-to-order requests).
For branded products, leadtimes start from approval of artwork.
UNDERS AND OVERS
From time to time, some projects (particularly custom made items) may include an under and over supply clause. An order may be supplied 3-5% over or under, which is within industry standards.
HAMPER ORDERS
We specialise in creating hampers with contents to suit a particular theme; offering gourmet and gift inclusions. The minimum order is generally 10 for this customised service.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery is made Monday to Friday, generally between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Delivery is not made over a weekend or on designated public holidays. During peak periods such as Christmas, we recommend arranging hampers and other corporate gifs well in advance.
